Cookie Policy
Last updated 1 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how fluxems uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our websites or use the Service, what they do, and how you can manage them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over a period of time. "Similar technologies" include browser local storage and server-side session stores that perform comparable functions. Cookies may be "session" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" (remaining until they expire or are removed), and "first-party" (set by us) or "third-party" (set by a provider we use).
2. How we use them
We use these technologies to keep you securely signed in, to protect your account and the Service, to remember your settings and the Workspace you are working in, and to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.
3. Cookies we use
| Category | Example | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | femstd | Authenticates you and keeps your session secure (HttpOnly). The Service cannot work without it, so it cannot be switched off. |
| Security | session | Helps us detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised access and maintain the integrity of your session. |
| Functional | prefs | Remembers preferences such as your selected Workspace and interface settings. |
| Analytics | _stat | Helps us understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Service. Used only with your consent where required. |
4. Similar technologies
In addition to cookies, we use your browser's local storage to hold interface preferences on your device, and server-side session storage to maintain your authenticated session. These serve the same purposes described above.
5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies may be set by providers who help us operate the Service, for example, our analytics and payment providers. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies. We use only providers we consider necessary to run and improve the Service.
6. Managing cookies
Where required, we show a cookie banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies (such as femstd) will prevent you from signing in and using the Service, and disabling functional cookies may reset your preferences between visits.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-agreed standard for responding to it, so we do not currently respond to such signals. We will update this section if that changes.
8. Changes & contact
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of these technologies evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. Questions can be sent to:
