Seats, storage and the three-day trial: how pricing works
One price per person, every module included, 100 GB per seat, and three days to try it without a card. Here is exactly what that means and what happens at the end.

Most software pricing pages are a puzzle. Three columns, a grid of ticks and crosses, and the feature you actually need sitting one tier above the one you were going to buy. We did not want to run that, so the pricing is deliberately boring.
One price, everything switched on
Standard is $65 per seat per month. A seat is one person who signs in. There is no cheaper tier with the useful parts removed, because a document register without an audit trail is not a cheaper product, it is a broken one.

- Every seat adds 100 GB of storage to the workspace, so storage grows with the team rather than becoming a separate negotiation.
- Seats can be added or dropped in the month you need them, charged pro rata.
What the trial actually gives you
Three days, five seats, 5 GB, no card. You sign up and the workspace opens. Nobody calls you first, and there is no demo you have to sit through before you are allowed to see the product.
Three days sounds short, and it is deliberate. It is long enough to put real documents in and invite two colleagues, and short enough that you will actually do it this week rather than intending to for a month. Teams that get value from this tend to know inside a day.
Tip
Use real documents, not test files. The trial tells you nothing useful if you upload three PDFs named test1, test2 and test3.
What happens when it ends
The workspace locks and waits. Nothing is deleted, nothing is exported to us, and nobody is removed. Subscribe and everything is exactly where you left it, including the people you invited and the files you uploaded. If you never come back, it stays locked.
Guests do not cost a seat
The people you work with who are not in your company, clients, consultants, contractors and counsel, can be invited to a single project without taking a seat. They reach only what you put them on, with an expiry date if the engagement ends. Charging you per outside party would make the product worse, so we do not.
When Enterprise makes sense
Mostly when procurement gets involved. No cap on seats, storage priced on its own, invoicing and purchase orders, a security review and a named contact. If you are a handful of people who just want to get on with it, you do not need it and we will say so.
