Workspace settings overview
Find your way around workspace settings: where to open them and what each section controls.

Workspace settings are where administrators shape fluxems for everyone: people and roles, the reference lists documents use, work item setup, and the audit log. This guide is the map.
Open workspace settings

Click your avatar in the top bar, then Settings.

You land in the workspace settings area, with a sidebar listing every section you can manage.

The settings sidebar: every section of workspace administration in one place.
The Overview page
Overview is a quick health check of the workspace itself:
- Organization ID and Organization code: how your workspace is identified, handy when you contact support.
- Active since: when the workspace was created.
- Total users: how many people are in the workspace.
- Total storage used: how much space your documents take up.
What each section controls
| Section | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Users | Everyone in the workspace and the role each person holds. |
| Teams | Groups of people you can add to projects together. |
| Security & Permissions | What each role can see and do. |
| Audit log | The workspace-wide record of every meaningful action. |
| Projects settings | The reference lists behind every document: types, statuses, disciplines, suitability codes, confidentiality levels, transmittal reasons, distribution lists, and custom meta fields. |
| Work item settings | Types, custom fields, statuses, priorities, and default assignees for work items. |
Sections follow your permissions
What you see in the settings sidebar depends on your role. If a section from this guide is missing, ask a workspace administrator to check your permissions.
