Project photos
Browse site photos in the project gallery, filter them, view them full screen, and download them in bulk.

Site photos are evidence: progress on a given date, a defect before it was covered up, the state of the slab before the pour. Your project keeps them in a dedicated gallery under Files, where they are as much a part of the record as any drawing.
Browse the gallery
- 1
In your project, open Files, then Photos.

Use the filters to narrow the grid to the photos you need, for example by date or by who uploaded them.
- 3
Click any photo to open it full screen in the lightbox, then use the arrow keys to step through the set.

Download photos in bulk
Select the photos you need in the gallery and download them together in one go. That is the fast path when a client asks for "all the photos from March" or you are compiling a progress report.
Photos are project records
A photo in the gallery is a project document like any other: it belongs to the project, it is visible to project members, and it stays on the record. Treat the gallery as the single home for site photos rather than phones and chat threads.
