The tender register

Every tender you are tracking in one table, with deadlines and statuses, and how to create a new one.

The tender register is one table of every tender you are tracking: what it is, when it closes, and where your bid stands. If your team chases work, this is the page you check every morning.

Open the register

In the sidebar, expand Tendering and click Register. The page is titled Tenders and Bids, and every tender your workspace is tracking is a row in the table.

Each row shows the tender name, its status, and its closing date, so a glance tells you which bids need attention this week and which have room to breathe.

Create a tender

   On the register, click Create tender. You can also reach it from anywhere: click Create new at the top of the sidebar, then Create tender.

   Give the tender a name, add what you know about the opportunity, and set the closing date so the deadline shows in the register from day one.

   Save. You land on the new tender, ready to plan the bid.

Inside a tender

• Overview holds the key facts: the description, the closing date, and where the bid stands.
• Work Items is the to-do list for the bid, so nothing about the submission is left to memory.
• Gallery keeps the drawings, photos, and files that belong to the tender.
• Activity is the feed of everything that happened: who added what, and when.
